Co-led a group project for 11 MSc students on the Computational Modelling for Biomedical Imaging Module. The project was entitled: “Predicting spread of Alzheimer’s disease pathology using brain connectomes from different cognitive stages”. I developed course materials, led lab sessions where we answered questions from the students, and marked their project reports.

2022 - 2023: Ran a hands-on tractography project for a group of 12 summer school participants. Included presentations, tractography demos and interactive coding assignments. Course material here.

Gave a guest lecture for the Information Processing in Medical Imaging module at UCL, as part of their “IPMI in action” session. The lecture was titled “Using multi-modal brain connectivity to model pathology spread in Alzheimer’s disease”.

Co-tutored a group of postgraduate students as part of the Nottingham Medical Imaging Academy (NMEDIA). Tutorials covered topics including image analysis, Bayesian modelling, and machine learning.
