Well done on making it this far! You should have been assigned groups and the links below take you to a shared Google Colab where you and your group can work on the coding assignments together! Google Colab is just an online python notebook which means no more pesky pip installs! The code in the assignment will estimate the level of diffusion in a single voxel. This is required before we create our very own tractography algorithm tomorrow. The answers are also on the page so if you get stuck or aren’t too sure what to do, you can see how Anna has done it! We hope you enjoy!
To start this coding assignment you need to download the files from here. After downloading them on the left hand side of Google Colab there is a folder, click it and upload those files to use them!
